The mission of the Southern Miss Financial Aid Office is to empower our students to achieve their educational endeavors, by providing the financial assistance needed and removing the obstacles hindering them.
Southern Miss School Code is 002441. It is time to renew your Federal Financial Aid Application (FAFSA)for the 2009-20010 Fall, Spring, and Summer academic year.
Attention Bancorp South and Trustmark borrowers: Due to economic reason both lending institutions have withdrawn from the student loan program. If you are a current borrower of Bancorp or Trustmark, you will need to select a new student loan lender, communicate your choice to our office, and complete a new promissory note with that lender. This is effective now for any new or increase loan requests.
